Sarah leads Acceleration Partners’ strategy, operations, and continued evolution as President of the company. Over more than 25 years in leadership roles, she has built and scaled global organizations, led complex business transformations, and developed high-performing leadership teams, with a focus on helping organizations navigate change while creating cultures grounded in accountability, inclusion, and growth. Sarah serves on several community boards and is the proud mother of two. She’s happiest in Cameron Indoor Stadium or on the lawn at a summer concert.
As Chief Strategist, Jon leads strategic growth and corporate development initiatives for the agency. He joined Acceleration Partners through the acquisition of Streamline Marketing, which he founded and grew rapidly to one of the leading firms in the affiliate industry over seven years. Jon is a veteran of the partnership space, where he has spent his entire career. Before founding Streamline, he held positions at CJ Affiliate where he oversaw new client development and management of strategic accounts, and was responsible for building the partnerships business at RealNetworks where he managed a large team responsible for relationships with Google, Microsoft, and Amazon. He is a thought leader and has spoken at numerous industry events and was the Chair of the Advertiser Council for the PMA. Outside of work, Jon’s passion is travel, and he has been to 57 countries, many of them during his time running Streamline.
As Chief Growth Officer at Acceleration Partners, Helen is responsible for the growth and development of clients across the business. She brings over 20 years of experience in digital marketing across high-growth companies, having worked network, client, and agency side. Helen has been with AP for over 9 years, initially launching the EMEA business in 2017 before taking on management of the APAC region in 2019. Before joining AP, she served as Managing Director at affilinet, one of Europe’s largest affiliate marketing networks, and was part of the digital marketing team at Sky PLC. A life-long Norwich City fan, Helen spends her spare time cycling up and down hills.
As Chief Financial Officer, Kevin leads the company’s overall financial strategy, aligning it with Acceleration Partners’ broader strategic goals to drive sustainable growth. He has been with AP for over five years, leading the development of Finance, Accounting, and Operations as the company has scaled both organically and through acquisitions. In that time, he has built a track record of driving operational excellence across the organization while executing several transactions. Before joining AP, Kevin held key roles at leading growth-stage tech companies, including Dyn, which was acquired by Oracle in 2016.
As Vice President of Account Management, Chelsey oversees strategic direction and revenue growth across Acceleration Partners’ enterprise client portfolio, which includes numerous Fortune 500 companies. She has been with AP for over 9 years and has played a key role in growing the enterprise team to more than 130 employees globally. With 12 years of experience in partnership marketing, split between network and agency roles before joining AP, she is known for translating business objectives into measurable growth for her clients. Outside of work, Chelsey grows her own ingredients and cooks with them in her kitchen, mentors young professionals in her community, and is often planning her next trip.
Nazli leads Acceleration Partners’ global marketing strategy as Vice President of Global Marketing, spanning brand, demand generation, content, communications, and go-to-market, with a focus on connecting marketing to pipeline, revenue, and business growth. She brings more than 15 years of experience building marketing teams, developing brands, and leading change across a range of industries. Before joining AP, she served as Vice President of Brand and Marketing at Suffolk Construction, where she led the rebrand of the $5 billion national company and helped launch and position several new businesses across its vertically integrated portfolio. Earlier in her career, she worked across brand strategy, consumer marketing, and communications. An avid skier, Nazli has skied on all seven continents and is always planning her next trip.
Tyla works across departments on Acceleration Partners’ high-impact initiatives as Vice President, Strategic Initiatives. Rather than owning a single function, she is brought in wherever complex, cross-functional projects need someone to break through roadblocks and drive them to completion. Over her 11 years at AP, she rose from Account Manager to lead the Client Services division before taking on her current role, having started her career in partner marketing at Target. Tyla is an avid nature lover who can usually be found outdoors exploring or birdwatching, ideally with a cup of coffee in hand.
As Vice President of Agency Operations, Stephanie is responsible for operational strategy, technology, reporting, and workforce planning across the business. She brings over 20 years of experience spanning affiliate marketing, tech platforms, and global account management. Before joining Acceleration Partners, Steph held senior roles at Neo@Ogilvy, managing global accounts, and at Cake Marketing, running the UK office. A mum of two and an Arsenal season ticket holder, Steph can usually be found training for her next Hyrox or race.
As Vice President of Influencer at Acceleration Partners, Suzannah brings over 13 years of experience across the influencer, advertising, and media landscape. Based in New York, she specializes in scaling influencer strategies for growth-oriented brands and translating brand vision into high-impact, measurable programs, helping clients navigate the evolving creator landscape. Suzannah has built some of the largest first-to-market influencer programs in the world, including Sephora’s Sephora Squad and the DICK’S Sporting Goods Varsity Team. She is also a trained Co-Active coach and consultant, working with creatives to help them find resonance and fulfillment across every component of their lives.
As Senior Director, Client Delivery, Heather leads Acceleration Partners’ Mid-Market and Advantage client portfolios, building an environment where both employees and clients can thrive. With more than 15 years of experience in affiliate and partner marketing, she began her career on the network side before joining AP in 2016. Over the past decade, she has helped shape the Client Delivery organization by strengthening delivery operations, developing future leaders, and partnering with clients across retail, travel, home & lifestyle, health & wellness, technology, and more to drive sustainable growth. Outside of work, Heather spends time with her husband and two sons, usually cheering from the sidelines at one of their sporting events or exploring a new city as the family works toward visiting all 30 Major League Baseball stadiums.
Angus leads Acceleration Partners’ global publisher strategy as Senior Director, Publisher Strategy, developing new ways for brands and publishers to collaborate more effectively. With 14 years of experience in affiliate and performance marketing, he brings a broad perspective shaped by more than 11 years on the publisher side across coupon, cashback, and rewards, followed by three years agency-side at AP, giving him a well-rounded understanding of what drives successful partnerships for both brands and publishers. Beyond his role at AP, he has also created affiliate industry events designed to support emerging talent, expand professional networks, and help people build long-term careers in the sector.
As Senior Director, German Market Lead & Senior Strategist, Florian brings over 18 years of experience in performance and partner marketing to his dual role at Acceleration Partners, where he drives growth and strategic initiatives for clients in Germany while also leading strategy for key global accounts. Before joining AP, he was part of the senior leadership team at luxury fashion publisher MYBESTBRANDS, where he led account management and performance marketing teams for more than a decade. His experience spans both the publisher and agency sides of the industry, giving him a well-rounded view of the space. Florian also serves as Vice-Chair of the Affiliate and Partner Marketing Circle (APMC) in Germany. Outside of work, he is a proud father of two who enjoys sports and any kind of outdoor activity.
Rashik Sharar is Account Director and APAC Client Lead at Acceleration Partners, where he leads enterprise client relationships across the region. Based in Singapore, he works closely with global and regional teams to translate business objectives into market-specific partner marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities across APAC. Rashik has spent over eight years in partnerships, starting in tech startups before moving across the publisher and network sides of the industry. Before joining Acceleration Partners, he was Head of Business Development and Account Management at Interspace. Earlier in his career, he led regional partnerships, built and managed high-performing teams, and drove market entry into Australia. Along the way, he has worked with global brands including Apple, Uniqlo, Dell, and Farfetch. Having seen the ecosystem from all sides, he understands what brands, publishers, and networks each need to make a partnership succeed. Outside of work, Rashik takes his coffee as seriously as his clients. He is a foodie who enjoys exploring new cuisines and a longtime MMA fan who hopes to take it up himself one day.
