Robert Glazer: Founder and CEO
Robert Glazer is the founder and CEO of Acceleration Partners, a global partner marketing agency and the recipient of numerous industry and company culture awards, including Glassdoor’s Employees’ Choice Awards two years in a row. He is the author of the inspirational newsletter Friday Forward and the author of the international bestselling book, Performance Partnerships. He is a sought-after speaker by companies and organizations around the world.

Matt Wool: President
As President of Acceleration Partners, Matt Wool oversees day-to-day operations of the business and has helped drive the company’s growth from five employees when he joined as VP, Client Services in 2012 to over 175 employees on four continents today. Prior to Acceleration Partners, Matt managed the rollout of an innovative software as a service for a leading technology transfer consultancy and was a key account manager for a top healthcare technology professional services firm, handling large hospitals and insurers. Matt started his career in the film industry with production and creative roles at Fox Searchlight, DreamWorks Animation, and Disney. He holds a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from Boston University.
Sarah Johnson Dayes: Chief Client Officer
Sarah Johnson Dayes is Acceleration Partners’ Chief Client Officer. Sarah has served on AP’s leadership team for over seven years and is responsible for the oversight of our global client services team and the happiness of our clients. She has been especially instrumental in shepherding the success of our key accounts including Uber, StubHub, and adidas. Sarah has been the driving force behind AP’s culture of encouraging innovation and creative problem-solving with all client teams. She is an experienced digital marketer and manager, having launched and grown a successful, innovative, and high-growth e-commerce fashion business from 2004 – 2011, prior to coming to Acceleration Partners.
Jon Claydon: Chief Development Officer
As Chief Development Officer, Jon leads strategic growth and corporate development initiatives for the agency. He joined Acceleration Partners through the acquisition of Streamline Marketing, which he founded and grew rapidly to one of the leading firms in the affiliate industry over seven years . Jon is a veteran of the partnership space where he has spent his entire career. Prior to founding Streamline he held positions at CJ Affiliate where he oversaw new client development and management strategic accounts, and was responsible for building the partnerships business at RealNetworks where he managed a large team responsible for relationships with Google, Microsoft, and Amazon. He is a thought leader and has spoken at numerous industry events and was the Chair of the Advertiser Council for the PMA. Outside of work Jon’s passion is travel and he has been to 57 countries, many of them during his time running Streamline.
Daniel M. Walulik: Chief Financial Officer
Dan is Acceleration Partners’ Chief Financial Officer. He has over 20 years of finance and operations experience, most recently growing a high-tech start-up to profitability and supporting the transition to the cloud in a major fortune 100 company. Dan started his career as a Naval Officer in the Seabees, serving in Guam, war-torn Kosovo and Washington DC. He’s been a leader in youth activities, including coaching young athletes and serving on the board of a non-profit school that helps challenged youth. Dan has also developed and taught advanced finance/accounting courses to MBA candidates at Southern NH University. He holds a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Rochester and an MBA from Syracuse University.
Helen Southgate: Managing Director, EMEA and APAC
Helen is the Managing Director of Acceleration Partners UK. She has over 17 years of experience in the digital marketing sector working for high-growth companies. Helen previously served as Managing Director at affilinet, one of the largest European affiliate marketing networks and on the digital marketing team at Sky PLC. In her spare time she likes to cycle up and down hills and support her home football club, Norwich City.
Kevin Osborne: Sr. VP of Client Strategy
As Senior Vice President of Client Strategy, Kevin is responsible for working with clients to understand their performance marketing objectives as well as overseeing the business development process. Kevin is a proven leader who has brought sales and operational expertise to start-ups and Fortune 500 companies alike. Prior to Acceleration Partners, Kevin managed both the sales and customer experience teams at the Cambridge based start-up, Openbay. He was also a Team Leader for AOL’s advance advertising group helping to scale digital marketing programs for such partners as Groupon, LogMeIn and Blue Apron. Kevin holds a BS from Bentley University and an MBA from Babson College.
Sarah Esteverena, VP of Marketing
In her role as Vice President of Marketing, Sarah is responsible for driving Acceleration Partners’ global marketing strategy, demand generation and brand growth. Over her 15+ years in marketing, Sarah has held senior marketing roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions, Absorb Software, and at dentsu International (iProspect), overseeing global enterprise client accounts. Sarah is a true revenue marketer, and thrives on building scalable, measurable growth marketing strategies.
Emily Tetto: VP, Talent & Culture
Emily oversees Acceleration Partner’s unique culture and people operations and loves being a part of changing the work / life paradigm one day at a time. She oversees many areas of people operations including recruiting top talent for the ever expanding team, training and professional development, AP Summits and more. Prior to joining Acceleration Partners, Emily worked for Reebok International and has also held positions at Bain & Company and Fidelity Ventures within Global Human Capital where her love for talent and culture was first started. Emily earned a BA in business management from Gettysburg College and a certificate in meeting and event management from Northeastern University. Outside of work Emily enjoys traveling and has explored five continents and twenty-five different countries. She also enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her husband and two children.
