LOCATION:

The ideal candidate will be based in Singapore and will have the ability to work primarily from home while also able to work from our client offices and/or a shared office space 2-3x per week.

THE ROLE:

Major brands are looking to take complex performance marketing programs global, creating a significant opportunity for strategic leadership and innovative execution. As a result, Acceleration Partners (AP) is seeking a Senior Associate, Affiliate Marketing based out of Singapore. The Senior Associate will be focused on client delivery for one of our most high-profile clients, and will be a key part of Acceleration Partners’ growth in the APAC region. The role is full-time with several opportunities for growth into more senior marketing positions. 

The core of the role is to provide hands-on client service, work closely with our largely US-based client services team to execute regional campaigns, and to support international expansion projects as needed. This will require excellent client service skills, strategic thinking, and a capability (and willingness) to own the day to day tasks and projects for client programs. It will also require the ability to comfortably present to and work with client contacts and key regional publishers. A successful candidate will have a “whatever it takes” attitude to meeting and exceeding clients’ needs and will maintain Acceleration Partners’ high standards and reputation for client service excellence. 

Top 5 Job Responsibilities:

Acceleration Partners seeks a Senior Associate to take ownership of:

  1. Affiliate communication, support and outreach execution - Respond to affiliates’ inquiries and troubleshoot issues
  2. General Account Maintenance - Execute the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs, including managing affiliate applications, deployment of creative assets, etc.
  3. Recruitment Execution - Develop recruitment lists based on the needs of your clients as well as the corresponding outreach emails
  4. Newsletter Execution - Draft and execute affiliate communications and newsletters
  5. Daily/Weekly Fraud Check - Monitor affiliates’ marketing methods to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with each program's terms and conditions (Brandverity, FTC, Fraud)

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

By 6 months… you are able to execute the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs, including managing affiliate applications, recruitment list building, and deployment of creative assets. Working closely with managers you are able to maximize the effectiveness of the program and are regularly developing new campaign ideas to present to managers. You are able to draft affiliate communications and newsletters and respond to affiliate inquiries and issues with little guidance from managers.  Accounts are being monitored regularly for fraud, with no issues being missed, to ensure compliance with each program’s terms and conditions.

 

By 1 year… you are able to troubleshoot account and affiliate issues.  Regularly developing new campaign ideas to present to managers, you are an integral part of each program you support.  Efficiencies are being created and you are working closely with the manager as a team to provide excellent client service. You are able to take on new account responsibilities with guidance from managers.

LOCATION:

The Associate Account Director, Global Accounts is a remote, work from home position, as are all positions at Acceleration Partners (a structure central to our culture and our vision to change the work/life paradigm). Ideal candidates must reside within a reasonable driving distance of one of our key hub regions: Boston, London, New York City, Philadelphia, Chicago, Denver, or Santa Barbara/Los Angeles; however all locations will be considered.

THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced senior level digital marketing professional with leadership experience(s) to autonomously manage cross-regional teams for our global affiliate marketing practice, serving as a high-level client facing liaison, often acting as a point of escalation for the AP and client teams. This person will be responsible for ensuring a high level of client service by coaching and developing direct reports on client service and communication best practices, account strategy and execution, reporting and analytics, and publisher development. Another key focus will be ensuring team synergies and alignment, constantly looking for areas to improve processes and establish best practices.

  3. RESOURCE ALLOCATION AND PROFITABILITY - Assist with managing monthly utilization rate, assist with staffing plans and resources for sales pipeline. Ensures accounts are profitable, within scope and works with the team to adjust scopes and finds new opportunities to increase portfolio revenue which is reflected in very high retention rates.
  4. STRATEGY, EXECUTION AND PERFORMANCE - Has the ability to see the big picture by thinking conceptually, imaginatively, and systematically. Provide high-level strategic guidance and partnership to teams to ensure program goals are met and program risk areas are mitigated proactively. Works with the team to innovate new strategy, tactics and efficiencies so client’s objective are met and ensure client success.
  5. GLOBAL ALIGNMENT AND INTERNAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Works closely with regional program managers and team leaders to share global learnings and build global processes. Monitors alignment across regions to effectively and efficiently grow the affiliate program on a global scale and ensures team is across shared program learnings. Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations to address customers’ needs and scale the business to meet long term company goals. Ensure proper information sharing with team by disseminating information in a timely manner and keeping the voice of AP. Leads process improvements, encourages efficiency, works to build value for the organization by proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks to the business. Flags and escalates key risks as needed up the chain.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

BY 6 MONTHS… the Associate Account Director, Global Accounts is overseeing day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs across multiple regions with little guidance from their Director. They have formed strong relationships with key client contacts and are recognized by the client as a leader and point of escalation. Nuanced and challenging client situations are being managed with little guidance from Director. They effectively coach team to get required results without stepping in to do it for them by providing on-going feedback, both positive and constructive. Has demonstrated sound decision making and problem-solving skills and knows what flags and when to escalate to Director. Clients are being serviced profitably with target bill rates being met, and client Net Promoter Scores are 8+.

BY 1 YEAR… the Associate Account Director, Global Accounts is autonomously taking full accountability for the performance and success of their programs and regional responsibilities. Team and account efficiency has been maximized, and excellent strategic plans and communication is in place on all programs and with their team contributors, and they are recognized as a key to client success. Clients are being serviced profitably, all deliverables are A caliber, and Client Satisfaction Scores remain consistent at 8+.

The Account Manager/Consultant is a remote, work from home position, as are all positions at Acceleration Partners (a structure central to our culture and our vision to change the work/life paradigm). Ideal candidates must be able to travel to London for local client and internal meetings; however all locations in the UK will be considered.

Acceleration Partners seeks an experienced Affiliate Marketing Account Manager / Consultant to autonomously manage large projects in our affiliate marketing practice and serving as key client facing liaison. This person will be responsible for leading the client relationship as well as all client deliverables, account strategy and execution.

The ideal candidate, will be excited to jump into a start-up like environment within a larger international firm. You must be able to handle changing priorities, be able to work through ambiguity, and have a proactive mindset. We are seeking candidates who speak fluent French.

  1. CLIENT SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION - Serve as a regular point of contact for clients’ strategic and account questions, lead weekly client calls, send account reporting and manage resulting follow-up questions and communications. THE ROLE:

Acceleration Partners is accepting applications for future roles to be open on our Account Management team.  We are seeking experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager(s) to autonomously manage large projects in our affiliate marketing practice, serving as key client facing liaison. This person will be responsible for leading the client relationship as well as all client deliverables, account strategy and execution.

  1. CLIENT SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION - Serves as the main point of contact, interacting with the client daily, ensuring the client is happy with the services provided. Works to understand client’s brand and marketing goals, pinpoints and develops strategic plans and tactics to reach client’s objectives. Develops and nurtures excellent relationships, reflected in very high client satisfaction and retention rates with a net promoter score of 8+.
  2. ACCOUNT STRATEGY & EXECUTION – Manages successful client programs by developing effective strategies and tactical plans for achieving client’s goals and objective. Prioritizes tactics to align with the client’s goals and proactively adjusts goals when client’s scope of work or agenda doesn’t align. Oversees efficiencies across all deliverables to maximize client’s spend and managed revenue. Effective strategic planning is represented in achieving 90% of client’s goals. 
  3. REPORTING AND ANALYSIS – Oversees account reporting and pacing and communicates performance and provides recommendations to clients. Provides clients with regular reporting, analyzes data to find opportunities or trends and digs further to understand root causes and solutions. Analyzes the performance of marketing campaigns and communicates results and recommendations for future campaigns based on data. Delivers end of month reports and presentations with the story clearly illustrated, supported by data driven insights and provides strategic program recommendations to clients. 
  4. LEAD MANAGE AND HOLD YOUR TEAM ACCOUNTABLE- Trains and develops associates by leading their efforts with the goal to successfully execute effective marketing campaigns. Supervises associate activities, manages workloads and delegates tasks while ensuring successful and timely execution on deliverables. With assistance from Associate Director, delivers management coaching to associates in order to elevate and grow team capabilities, motivating A players and managing out poor performers.
  5. NEW PUBLISHER OPPORTUNITIES - Acts on relevant publisher development opportunities presented by publisher development team to approve and activate new publisher opportunities. Identifies opportunity on behalf of their clients by extending reach through creating new publisher relationships and implementing optimization strategies. Able to think outside of the box and present new opportunities so they align with the client’s marketing goals and objective.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

BY 6 MONTHS… the Account Manager is executing the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs with little guidance from their Associate Director.  Account Manager has formed strong relationships with key client contacts and are the main point of contact for clients’ strategic and account questions.  Challenging client situations are being managed with guidance from Associate Director.  Client data is regularly being analyzed and used strategically in optimization, activation and recruitment campaigns. The Associate/Sr. Associate is a remote, work from home position, as are all positions at Acceleration Partners (a structure central to our culture and and our vision to change the work/life paradigm). Some travel is required for client meetings or other internal meetings, conferences, etc.

THE ROLE:

Acceleration Partners seeks an Affiliate Marketing Associate to coordinate the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs. The role is full-time with several opportunities for growth into more senior marketing positions. This person will be responsible for affiliate communications and general account maintenance, including recruitment, newsletters, and fraud checks.

TOP 5 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. CLIENT & AFFILIATE COMMUNICATION - Works to understand client’s marketing goals and objective and develops a relationship with clients at the appropriate level via email and by participating on client calls. Responds to affiliates’ inquiries, troubleshoots issues and engages affiliates with the goal to activate or optimize relationships. Builds creative yet efficient newsletters to inform publishers of promotions, program updates and guidelines that align with the client objectives and brand.
  2. REPORTING - Accurately prepares weekly, quarterly and end of year reporting for clients and is able to analyze data to find opportunities, trends and escalate any potential red flags. Tracks and analyzes performance campaigns and recommends improvements to maximize client’s goals. With some support from their manager, is able to create ad-hoc reports based on requests from manager or client. 
  3. STRATEGY EXECUTION - Executes the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs to support recruitment, activation and optimization efforts of an account. Understands the why behind each task to maximize results and analyzes the performance of marketing campaigns, and communicates results. Communicates and constantly looks to streamline and improve tactics to maximize efficiencies and clients spend.
  4. ACCOUNT OPERATIONS - Manages the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs, including managing affiliate application questions, deployment of creative assets, etc. while ensuring program details are accurate and up-to-date. Monitors affiliates’ marketing methods frequently to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with each program's terms and conditions (Brandverity, FTC, Fraud).
  5. RECRUITMENT EXECUTION - Develops recruitment lists containing quality prospects based on the needs of the client as advised by the Account Manager and conducts the corresponding outreach emails. Identifies, recruits and reviews new publishers who can provide additional reach and revenue growth. Works to increase join rates through testing to maximize the effectiveness of our efforts resulting in reaching a client’s goals and objectives.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

BY 6 MONTHS… you are able to execute the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs, including managing affiliate applications, recruitment list building, and deployment of creative assets. Working closely with managers you are able to maximize the effectiveness of each program and are regularly developing new campaign ideas to present to managers. You are able to draft affiliate communications and newsletters and respond to affiliate inquiries and issues with little guidance from managers.  Accounts are being monitored regularly for fraud, with no issues being missed, to ensure compliance with each program’s terms and conditions.

BY 1 YEAR… you are able to troubleshoot account and affiliate issues.  Regularly developing new campaign ideas to present to managers you are an integral part of each program you support.  Efficiencies are being created and you are working closely with the manager as a team to provide excellent client service. LOCATION:

The Associate/Sr. Associate is a remote, work from home position, as are all positions at Acceleration Partners (a structure central to our culture and and our vision to change the work/life paradigm). Candidates must reside within a reasonable driving distance of one of our key hub regions: Boston, New York City, Philadelphia, Chicago, Denver, or Santa Barbara/Los Angeles.

Some travel is required for client meetings or other internal meetings, conferences, etc.

THE ROLE:

Acceleration Partners seeks an Affiliate Marketing Associate to coordinate the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs. The role is full-time with several opportunities for growth into more senior marketing positions. This person will be responsible for affiliate communications and general account maintenance, including recruitment, newsletters, and fraud checks.

TOP 5 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. CLIENT & AFFILIATE COMMUNICATION - Works to understand client’s marketing goals and objective and develops a relationship with clients at the appropriate level via email and by participating on client calls. Responds to affiliates’ inquiries, troubleshoots issues and engages affiliates with the goal to activate or optimize relationships. Builds creative yet efficient newsletters to inform publishers of promotions, program updates and guidelines that align with the client objectives and brand.
  2. REPORTING - Accurately prepares weekly, quarterly and end of year reporting for clients and is able to analyze data to find opportunities, trends and escalate any potential red flags. Tracks and analyzes performance campaigns and recommends improvements to maximize client’s goals. With some support from their manager, is able to create ad-hoc reports based on requests from manager or client. 
  3. STRATEGY EXECUTION - Executes the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs to support recruitment, activation and optimization efforts of an account. Understands the why behind each task to maximize results and analyzes the performance of marketing campaigns, and communicates results. Communicates and constantly looks to streamline and improve tactics to maximize efficiencies and clients spend.
  4. ACCOUNT OPERATIONS - Manages the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs, including managing affiliate application questions, deployment of creative assets, etc. while ensuring program details are accurate and up-to-date. Monitors affiliates’ marketing methods frequently to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with each program's terms and conditions (Brandverity, FTC, Fraud).
  5. RECRUITMENT EXECUTION - Develops recruitment lists containing quality prospects based on the needs of the client as advised by the Account Manager and conducts the corresponding outreach emails. Identifies, recruits and reviews new publishers who can provide additional reach and revenue growth. Works to increase join rates through testing to maximize the effectiveness of our efforts resulting in reaching a client’s goals and objectives.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

BY 6 MONTHS… you are able to execute the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs, including managing affiliate applications, recruitment list building, and deployment of creative assets. Working closely with managers you are able to maximize the effectiveness of each program and are regularly developing new campaign ideas to present to managers. You are able to draft affiliate communications and newsletters and respond to affiliate inquiries and issues with little guidance from managers.  Accounts are being monitored regularly for fraud, with no issues being missed, to ensure compliance with each program’s terms and conditions.

BY 1 YEAR… you are able to troubleshoot account and affiliate issues.  Regularly developing new campaign ideas to present to managers you are an integral part of each program you support.  Efficiencies are being created and you are working closely with the manager as a team to provide excellent client service. You are able to take on new account responsibilities with guidance from managers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • 1-4 years of online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience
  • Knowledge of Affiliate Networks (ShareASale, Commission Junction, etc.) a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to travel when needed to conferences and team meetings
  • Advanced Excel capabilities and comfortable with formatting, formulas, customizing reports, etc.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, a plus
