Celebrating Excellence at the 2025 AP Summit Awards

The awards ceremony at AP Summit has long been a cornerstone of Acceleration Partners’ culture – a moment to come together, reflect, and celebrate the people who make this company what it is. This year’s event was particularly special. After recent virtual ceremonies, being back in person with 300 colleagues from around the world brought a renewed sense of connection, energy, and pride.
Since the very first AP Summit over a decade ago, the tradition of recognizing excellence through our awards has continued to grow. Anchored in our core values – Own It, Excel & Improve, and Embrace Relationships – these awards honour the individuals whose leadership, dedication, and values-driven impact elevate our business and culture. Nominated by peers and selected from an exceptional shortlist, each winner has made a lasting contribution to AP.
