Acceleration Partners global team are delighted to be attending this year’s Affiliate Summit Europe.
Our team of affiliate marketing experts will be there to discuss your affiliate marketing needs and how we drive better affiliate marketing for the world’s largest brands. As well as this, Helen Southgate, EMEA Managing Director, will be speaking on day two of the conference in her session “three quick hacks on mastering regional nuances in the European market.” This is a must attend session for anyone who currently runs, or is looking to launch a multi-country European affiliate programme. To catch this session, visit the “Auditorium” at 13:40 on the 13th of March.
Ahead of the event, I sat down with Affiliate Summit’s Marketing Manager, Phil Brown to find out more about the event, how it has evolved and what attendees can expect to take-away from this year’s event.
1: Can you give us an overview of Affiliate Summit Europe and why it’s a must attend event for affiliate marketers?
Affiliate Summit Europe will be taking place in Amsterdam at the Rai from the 12th-14th of March.
For those that aren’t aware of the structure of Affiliate Summit we will open with our famous Meet Market on day one, 12th of March. The Meet Market is best described as similar to speed dating. You will meet all the exhibitors in a six hour window and create leads. The remaining two days will be an immersive exhibition hall (new for 2019!) which will feature a specialty coffee station, games area, relax and refuel zone (including massages!), Pick n Mix sweet area, Dutch waffle station and many more surprises!
2: The event has been running for many years in the US, what inspired you to bring the event to Europe?
This is the second year we have hosted Affiliate Summit Europe and after the success of the show of 2018 in the UK we decided to open the show to the rest of Europe and move it to Amsterdam.
We have very loyal attendees from the US to Affiliate Summit West and East but in the last few years these brands have been looking to tap in to the European affiliate market and meet new affiliates they can partner with. 50% of the audience at Affiliate Summit Europe 2018 were an affiliate so they see this as a great way to meet new customers
3: What can attendees expect to take away from the event?
You can expect to meet 2,000 attendees who are looking exchange ideas and discuss real life problems they are facing in the industry.
The agenda at Affiliate Summit Europe has been crafted our European advisory board made up of the biggest stakeholders in the European affiliate marketing industry – packed with engaging presentations and panels covering the latest industry trends, analysis, and challenges.
Attendees can expect practical case studies with actionable content for success.

5: Finally, can you tell us a fun fact about ASEurope’s host city?
