Managing It All - A Candid Conversation about Being a Working Parent with Sarah Johnson

At our recent AP Summit, our VP of Client Services, Sarah Johnson, gave a candid TED talk-style presentation titled, How I manage to manage it all (or not!): Real talk from a working parent.

The insights she shared incited frequent head nods, laughter, groans and much applause.

Even though her talk centered on how she manages to integrate her work life and her parenting life, what she shared resonated with everyone, regardless of whether they were a parent.

In this Outperform episode, Sarah generously imparts the strategies and suggestions she gave in her AP Summit presentation, including five concepts she applies to her life that help her manage working full-time – from home – parenthood and her sanity.

You’ll also hear some brilliant bonus tips and the reality of what it sounds like when snow days keep your kids inside for 48 hours.
