Acceleration Partners Ranks #26 for Best Small and Medium Workplaces

Way to go, AP! The Acceleration Partners team has earned a place among one of the Country's Best Small and Medium Workplaces.  Consulting firm Great Place to Work® and Fortune recently announced that Acceleration Partners came in at number 26 on their coveted list.

The Best Small and Medium Workplaces list is one of a series of rankings by Great Place to Work® and Fortune based on survey feedback from 52,000 employees working in Great Place to Work-CertifiedTM organizations.

Cultivating a strong company culture and positive work environment has always been essential to Acceleration Partners.  Whether it’s giving all our team members the ability to work from home full-time, bringing in outside trainers help us elevate our communication, increasing the percentage that we contribute to medical benefits or paid time-off to volunteer, we consistently strive to provide a better work experience and change the work-life paradigm,” said Robert Glazer, Founder and Managing Director of Acceleration Partners. “We understand that the happier and more empowered our team members are, the more that translates into great performance.”
Great Place to Work’s® findings support this. According to their survey results, the Best Small and Medium Workplaces enjoy roughly three times the revenue growth of their peers, all while providing a better experience for their team members.

Acceleration Partners is proud to note that this is not the first time we’ve ranked on a Great Place to Work® list. We’ve also been honored to rank: It is truly an honor to receive these recognitions. To see the entire Great Place to Work® and Fortune’s Best Small and Medium Workplaces list, click here.
