Acceleration Partners is One of Inc. Magazine's Best Workplaces of 2019

We are thrilled to announce that Acceleration Partners (AP) has been named one of Inc. magazine's Best Workplaces for 2019.

This year's list highlights companies that have created healthy, happy and accepting workplace cultures, increased employee engagement and offer world-class benefits. After reviewing employee survey data on nearly 2,000 entrants, Inc. named Acceleration Partners as one of its 346 finalists.

"We're incredibly honored to be named to Inc.'s 2019 Best Workplaces list," says Acceleration Partners founder and CEO, Robert Glazer. "As a company, we work hard to put our employees first and to make sure every member of our team has the flexibility and support needed for them to perform both professionally and personally."

At Acceleration Partners, we believe that work-life integration is key to creating a high-performing, engaging and relationship-oriented workforce. And with over 150 remote employees working from around the world, we have been successful in doing just that.

Here are a few employee remarks pulled from our survey results.

"The longer I work here, the more I realize how lucky I am to be a part of such an amazing organization that truly values who you are as a person - and values your professional development."

"This organization sets a clear goal and vision for the company. The transparency from the leadership team helps to understand how we all fit into achieving those goals. We work in an excel and improve culture where feedback is constantly provided so we can do our best work."

"AP is a top-notch company with an innovative culture. I feel so fortunate to work for a company where I feel challenged and motivated and also get to balance my career and my personal life in a way that works for me."

Thank you to Inc. magazine for recognizing Acceleration Partners and congratulations to all honorees of this year's "Best Workplaces" list.
