Every week, we send out a question to our team members via TINYpulse to garner their anonymous feedback on a variety of subjects. One question we recently sent generated a 74% response rate and very thoughtful comments, a few of which we thought we’d share—you know, just in case you’re on the hunt for a great company to work with in the New Year.
The question we asked was: What do you like most about working here?
