How long have you been with Acceleration Partners and what is your current role?
I have been with Acceleration Partners since May 14, 2018. My current role is Data Analytics Manager.
How have you seen affiliate marketing change since you joined Acceleration Partners?
I’ve seen a big increase in the focus on proving the incrementality of the affiliate channel. This has led to an emphasis for many clients on quality traffic, instead of focusing just on the quantity of traffic.
What is the coolest thing you’re working on right now?
There’s no question that APVision is the coolest thing I am working on right now. APVision is AP’s proprietary reporting and analytics technology that we are developing to provide unparalleled access to data and insights for our clients and our affiliate teams.
Reporting on affiliate marketing has always been a bit of a time-consuming pain point for marketing teams, and I love how Acceleration Partners has invested the time and resources so that my team can help remove or at least alleviate this pain point for the teams we work with, giving them back that time and energy to double down on driving performance.
What has been your favorite memory working at Acceleration Partners so far?
Everything surrounding our feedback-driven culture and especially the Core Value awards process each year. I love taking the time to nominate the best of the best people I get to work with and detail why they are so elite, and then getting to hear the leadership team read these nominations for the whole company to hear at the awards ceremony.
I especially love getting an email each year with any of the nominations people have made about me. Nothing motivates me more than knowing the impact I can make on teams.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Right now, parenting our baby and watching him develop each day is my new all-consuming passion. And I really enjoy cooking for people in any form at any scale and casually cycling in different areas of northeastern Pennsylvania.
I also enjoy camping, hiking, and really anything that gets me away from day-to-day routines and technology and into nature in our local state parks. Ironically, I also really enjoy video games too.
What’s a secret talent of yours that very few people know about?
Wood working, construction and renovation. Everything from building cabinets and tables, to framing a home and to wiring a network.
I grew up in a home where my father was an independent contractor who did these things for a living and he taught me most of it. I even got to restore an old building where my wife and I had our wedding ceremony and my family now uses for their businesses.
