For over a decade, The Boston Globe, in partnership with Energage, has surveyed employees across the region with the goal of identifying companies that not only put their employees first, but are successful in creating environments that foster a happy and healthy workforce. This year, more than 2,700 employers from across Massachusetts invited their employees to be surveyed for this year’s list.
AP’s commitment to strong core values and developing a happy, high-performance culture was front and center at our recent AP Summit, an annual gathering of all global team members. From new perspectives on what it means to be resilient, build capacity and lead others through adversity to inspiring team-led TED talks, bonding activities and a laugh-so-hard-you-cry Karaoke night, Acceleration Partners brings our A-game to ensure we’re integrating high-quality work with a high-quality life.
This capacity building mentality is also a core driver behind Acceleration Partners’ founder and CEO, Robert Glazer’s weekly Friday Forward emails, which was spotlighted in an insightful and thoughtful article by the Boston Globe.
Bob started writing his Friday Forwards to inspire and motivate AP team members. His emails have done that and so much more. Today, they are shared with more than 45,000 readers (and growing) around the globe.
